We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. You may return your item to hitchcoverpro.com within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the porduct is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason the customer is responsible for the return shipping amount.
